Beer and Cheese Pairing 101

While wine may be the first thing you think of when pairing with cheese, here at Peck's we think that there is a beer for every occasion, especially when you're eating cheese. With such a wide variety of beers recently rediscovered or invented, we'll help you find the perfect match to your favorite Brie, cheddar, or even a stinky blue in this one hour class.

MAKING FRESH MOZZARELLA BY HAND

Thursday, April 19th, 7 pm

Take your pizza making up a step with your own hand stretched mozzarella! Whether your meal calls for tiny bocconcini or nice big slices of mozz, it will always taste better when it's fresh. The best way to ensure that is to make your own. Surprisingly easy as well as fun, making fresh mozzarella is a skill you can use to impress your friends. Ticket price includes beer or wine, samples of several stretched cheeses, and all the mozzarella you can make.
